These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ForgePM, an AI-powered project-management platform operated by AIONIQS ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account, accessing the platform, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to do so.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use ForgePM. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time in accordance with Section 13 below.
To access most features of ForgePM, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and to keep that information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must notify us immediately at legal@forgepm.aioniqs.com if you believe your account has been compromised. We will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
You agree to use ForgePM only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. The following activities are expressly prohibited:
We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations and to suspend or terminate accounts where we reasonably believe a breach of these Terms has occurred.
ForgePM is offered on the following subscription tiers:
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance on the date you first subscribe. Prices are stated inclusive of VAT where applicable. Payment is processed via Stripe; by providing your payment details you authorise us to charge the applicable subscription fee each month. All fees are non-refundable except as set out in Section 6.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each monthly billing period unless cancelled in advance. You will receive a reminder email at least 3 days before each renewal. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time through your account settings.
We may revise subscription pricing at any time, but will give you at least 30 days' notice before any change affects your plan. If you do not wish to continue at the new price, you may cancel before the change takes effect.
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you will retain access to paid features until that date. We do not provide pro-rata refunds for partial months.
As a consumer based in the United Kingdom or European Union, you may have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of first purchasing a subscription ("cooling-off period"). If you exercise this right before we have begun performing the Service, we will provide a full refund. If you have already accessed paid features during the cooling-off period, the refund will be reduced pro-rata to reflect usage.
If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us within 30 days at legal@forgepm.aioniqs.com and we will investigate promptly.
The Service, including its design, code, branding, logos, trade marks, and documentation, is owned by AIONIQS and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership interest in the Service. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service solely for your internal business or personal purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service or any part of it without our express written permission.
You retain full ownership of all Content you create within ForgePM. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your projects, documents, data, or other material. By uploading or creating Content in the Service, you grant AIONIQS a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process, and display that Content solely as necessary to provide the Service to you.
You are responsible for ensuring that any Content you submit does not violate the rights of third parties and complies with applicable law. You can export or delete your Content at any time from within your account settings. Upon account deletion, your Content will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
ForgePM provides AI-powered features including document generation, risk analysis, project planning assistance, and status summarisation. These features are provided as a tool to assist you; they do not constitute professional advice of any kind — whether legal, financial, technical, or otherwise.
AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your specific circumstances. You are responsible for reviewing, verifying, and taking independent professional advice before relying on any AI-generated document, recommendation, or analysis. AIONIQS does not accept liability for decisions made on the basis of AI-generated content without independent verification.
When you use AI features, relevant portions of your project data are sent to our AI model provider (Anthropic) for processing. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for further details.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AIONIQS disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AIONIQS's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) £100.
In no event shall AIONIQS be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it through the account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, if your account has been inactive for more than 24 consecutive months on a Free plan, or if we are required to do so by law.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall continue to apply.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute or claim, subject to any mandatory consumer rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email and by displaying a prominent notice in the Service at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Minor changes (such as clarifications that do not alter your rights) may be made without prior notice.
Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service and may cancel your subscription before the effective date to receive a pro-rata refund of any unused subscription period.
